REIKI/SOUND THERAPY:  Reiki is an energy healing technique in which a Reiki Master uses gentle hand movements with the intention of guiding the flow life force energy thru the clients' body to reduce stress and promote healing. Sound Healing consists of the use of specific instruments, music, tones, and other sonic vibrations to balance and heal the body, mind, and spirit      30 min @ $40 OR 45 min @ $55       

FACE/SCALP & FEET: Scalp/head massage is designed to relax the mind and encourage circulation. Scalp massage is a very effective stress reducer. It also relaxes tight muscles in the temple and neck regions. REFLEXOLOGY is a focused pressure technique, usually directed at the feet (but also involves the hands and ears). There are zones and reflexes on the feet that correspond to all parts, glands, and organs of the entire body. It works on energy pathways similar to acupuncture. Reflexology aims to relax you, ease stress and tension and helps with general well-being.       (this treatment involves 1/2 hr face/scalp and 1/2 hr reflexology) - $70

ABDOMINAL CUPPING: Effective for bloating, diarrhea, IBS, constipation, acid reflux, scar tissue (C-section) etc. Can also relieve generalized low back pain. Static and/or gliding technique may be used.  Note: Price and time varies.

DEEP TISSUE: This particular type of massage is for overworked and fatigued muscles. Deep Tissue is used to release chronic patterns of muscular tension. This massage uses slow strokes, direct pressure, or friction, usually on a focused problem area. The movements are directed across the grain of the muscles (cross-fiber friction). Strokes are applied w/ greater pressure and at deeper layers of the muscles than the traditional massage strokes. 1/2 hr @ 55  OR  1 hr @  $75  OR 1.5 hr @ $90  

RELAXATION MASSAGE: Smooth, gentle, treatment that relieves muscular tension, increases circulation and promotes a general sense of relaxation              1/2 hr @ $55  OR  1 hr @ $75   OR  1.5 hr @ $90

HOT STONE MASSAGE: Thermo-therapy ... involves general application of warm stones (sometimes cool) in conjunction with deep tissue and/or relaxation massage or meridian therapy. Prolonged localized application of heat produces vasodilation and increases circulation of fluids in the area of focus. Increased circulation enhances the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to the organs and nerve cells, as well as polarity balancing benefits derived from the stone's geomagnetism.  1 hr @ $90  OR 1.5 hr @ $105

REFLEXOLOGY: The principle of dividing the body into ten zones ... aiding us in our ability to locate the reflexes in the feet relative to every part of the body; organs, glands, nerves, etc. Reflexology is used to relieve many an ache or pain by removing obstructions i.e. energy blockages, and freeing circulation, thus giving tone to nerve and muscle tissue.   40 min @ $45 OR   60 min @ $60

MANUAL LYMPH DRAINAGE: Strokes applied are intended to stimulate the movement of the lymphatic fluids in order to assist the body in cleansing. This is a gentle, rhythmical technique that cleanses the connective tissue of inflammatory materials and toxins, enhances the activity of the immune system, reduces pain, and lowers the activity of the sympathetic nervous system.
